I am a Mom of 2 and an international board certified lactation consultant. I’m glad you found me!
My mission is to educate, support and empower families with the most current, evidence-based information as it relates to breastfeeding and other forms of nourishment for our children.
As an IBCLC, I love to learn from other mothers and be able to provide guidance and support throughout the transition into motherhood. This is such a special and delicate time and one of the most valuable resources during this transition is support. I’d love to help.
