Initial Consultation (up to 2 hours)

In this visit I will:

Review the medical history for both mother and baby

Discuss questions and concerns

Assess latch, positioning and comfort

Conduct pre- and post-feed weight

Establish breastfeeding goals and create a plan

Follow-up Consultation (up to 1 hour)

In this visit I will:

Discuss questions and concerns

Review care plan and make adjustments as needed

Conduct pre- and post-feed weight
